Ir. Ts. Shamsul Bahar Mohd Nor is a veteran industry leader with over 40 years of experience in renewable energy, sustainability, and industrial transformation. Former Group CEO of the Malaysian Green Technology and Climate Change Corporation (MGTC), he played a key role in advancing Malaysia’s climate and green growth agenda.
At Quantum Partners Group, he leads the Group’s strategic direction, driving large-scale clean energy and sustainability platforms across carbon markets, mobility, and infrastructure.

Kamaradzaman Mohd Bakri brings over 20 years of experience in banking, corporate finance, and green investment, with a strong track record in funding large-scale energy and infrastructure projects. He previously held leadership roles at the Malaysian Green Technology and Climate Change Corporation (MGTC), leading key green financing initiatives.
At Quantum Partners Group, he drives capital strategy and funding execution, working with sovereign funds, financial institutions, and private investors to unlock institutional-scale financing.

Kayamboo Periappan is a finance professional with a strong foundation in financial management, governance, and operational finance. A graduate of Oregon State University, he brings an international perspective to financial leadership.

Krishna Chaitanya Nanduri
He is a technology entrepreneur with expertise in blockchain, artificial intelligence, and digital platforms, specialising in building scalable, secure systems for complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
At Quantum Partners Group, he leads the Group’s technology strategy, driving the development of the National Carbon Registry, AI environmental data infrastructure, and digital carbon platforms, while ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and ready for national-level deployment.
Sagar More is a market infrastructure specialist with over 17 years of experience across global financial institutions, including HSBC, Standard Chartered Bank, Deutsche Bank, and Bursa Malaysia, specialising in trading systems, capital markets, and regulated exchange environments.
At Quantum Partners Group, he leads trading strategy and operational execution across carbon and environmental markets, supporting the development of the ACX platform, market integration, liquidity creation, and commercial growth of QPG’s carbon ecosystem.

Formerly the CEO of Hemingway Groups, he has been actively involved in connecting suppliers, investors, and commercial partners across the energy, commodities, infrastructure, and finance sectors.
